Aura is committed to delivering premium experience and ensuring your satisfaction. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order delivery date. We offer a straightforward 7-calendar-day return window for eligible orders, and multiple convenient support channels for any issue. Shipping
- Fast Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Delivery: Delivery timelines vary by location and courier. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details via email/SMS. You can also check your order status on your account dashboard.
- Delays: Aura partners with reliable delivery partners but cannot control unforeseen delays (e.g. weather, holidays). We will contact you if your delivery is late beyond the estimated window.
Returns
Aura accepts return requests within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
- Eligibility: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Condition: If the item shows signs of wear, damage due to misuse, or is incomplete (missing parts/accessories), the return may be declined.
- Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery (see Damaged/Incorrect Items section).
How to Initiate a Return
1. WhatsApp (Recommended)
Send a “Hi” message on WhatsApp to 9101885527 / Click Here with your Order # and reason for return. Our support team will assist you with the next steps.

2. Website or Email
- Website: Log in at auracasuals.com, go to My Orders, select the item to return, and follow the prompts to submit a return request.
- Email: Send an email to care@auracasuals.com with your Order # and reason. Use subject line “Return Request – Order #[Order Number]” for quick processing.
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup by our delivery partner within 3–5 business days from your confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message with pickup details.
Exchanges
Aura offers exchanges on eligible apparel items, subject to stock availability:
- Eligibility: Exchangeable items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags attached. Only sizes/colors currently in stock can be exchanged.
- Limitations: Only one exchange request per order is permitted. Exchanges must be initiated within the 7-day return window.
- Process: To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp Click Here or website as described above. Once approved, send back the original item using the return process. We will ship the replacement free of cost upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Aura reserves the right to decline an exchange if the replacement item is unavailable or return conditions are not met.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item passes Aura’s quality inspection:
- For Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 48 hours of return approval. The credited amount will reflect in your account within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers will receive a refund link (via SMS/email) within 48 hours after approval. Enter your UPI ID or bank details using that secure link (valid for 7 days) to receive the refund. Aura processes the refund within 48 hours of confirmation, but bank posting may take 5–15 days.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method or as indicated.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation by Aura
Aura reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances such as item unavailability, pricing errors, payment/verification issues, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Cancellation by Customer
You may request an order cancellation before the order is dispatched. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we will typically cancel it and refund your full payment. Once fulfillment (processing/packing/shipping) has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to health, safety, or business reasons.
- Intimate apparel, shapewear, swimwear, and undergarments.
- Gift cards and store vouchers.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags/packaging.
- Any product returned beyond the 7-day return window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email. Include Order #, issue description, and clear product photos.
- We will assess the claim and, if approved, arrange replacement or refund. Return shipping will be covered by Aura.
- Claims reported after 48 hours may be subject to limitation or denial.
